Meet Your Host

Hi, my name’s Brandy J.  In 2010 I traded in my job as the Managing Editor for Paper Crafts magazine to work full time for Cooper Inc. as a full time mom.  While I loved my job at the magazine, making the professional switch was the best decision I ever made (that, and marrying my handsome husband Dave). 

When I’m not lovin’ on my blue-eyed boy and handsome husband I’m working as a freelance writer and exercising my creative muscles.  I love decorating, cooking, creating items for my home, making jewelry, and finding new ways to organize every nook and cranny in sight (and even those you can’t see).  I’m a babe on a budget which means everything I do has to be inexpensive, but I’m okay with that.  I’m the kind of girl who likes a challenge!
