Red, White, & Blue

We spent the morning of July 4th working in the yard. Then we cleaned up and headed to Orem for lunch with Dave's familia.  Dave's entire family (siblings, spouses, and kids) were all in town with the exception of one brother-in-law and one nephew (who's currently serving a LDS mission in Mexico City). Since having everyone in the same state is a rarity we decided to take advantage of the situation and snap a current family photo.

Dave's immediate family (minus 2 1/2 if you're including Baby J. 2.0).  30 weeks pregnant here.
Dave's dad and his seven kids.
I enjoyed listening to sibling stories from Dave's childhood and Cooper loved playing with Grandpa's choo-choo and having so many cousin playmates to keep him entertained.

After lunch, pictures, and visiting we headed to my parents' house for dinner.  Cooper cooled down in the swimming pool, ate his weight in raspberries, and discovered the magic of Pop-Its.

Needless to say, it was a very long but good day.  We wore red, white, and blue, were proud to be Americans, and were grateful for the freedoms we have as members of this great country.

The end.
