Lemon Chicken Pasta
INGREDIENTS:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water
1/8 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. spicy mustard
1 tsp. garlic powder
4 carrots, thickly sliced
2 chicken breasts
Whole wheat pasta
Capers for garnish
Serves 4
DIRECTIONS:
Combine everything except for the pasta and capers in crock pot. Cook on high for 8 hours if chicken is frozen. Cook on low for 4-6 hours if chicken is thawed. Shred cooked chicken in crock put while your pasta is cooking. Pour drained pasta directly into crock pot and mix.
